Track record

I have built this engine before

Same playbook, different category: I built and ran the creator engine at Tabs. The number below is organic reach across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube — not paid impressions.

100M+
Views / month
17.7MOne reel · 347K eng.
8MOne video · 11% eng.
6.5MOne reel
A grid of dozens of creator videos posted about Tabs across TikTok and Instagram, each with its own view and like counts.

My work for Tabs — many creator accounts posting about one brand act like a wall of organic search results.

Proof

What the content actually looked like

Real posts from the Tabs roster. Most videos get a few hundred views; a few break out, and the average is carried by hit rate — which is why volume is the strategy.

Four Instagram reels from Tabs creators with 3.9M, 6.5M, 149K and 2.3M views. Three Tabs creators talking to camera on their own accounts.
How it works

What makes a creator program perform

Posting often, not waiting on one hit

Volume is the strategy. A roster posting weekly beats one big swing every month.

Accounts built around the brand

Not borrowed from a creator’s existing page — dedicated accounts, so the audience that gathers is Autopilot’s.

A base so posting is guaranteed

Plus a bonus on the videos that get real reach. Output you can count on, upside where it earns it.

Something people already argue about

Congressional filings are a story creators want to tell — that is the part most brands don’t have.

The work itself

What a roster actually ships

Instagram and TikTok to start, with X added for the filings-and-politics angle — the one place the Pelosi Tracker audience already lives. Two clips below in the format the engine produces: a hook in the first two seconds, shot on a phone, nothing that looks like an ad. Plus two of the Tabs creator accounts, running as themselves.

A creator talking to camera, captioned: Check your bathroom cabinet... this lawsuit is insane.
“Check your bathroom cabinet…”
A creator in a kitchen holding an ice-cube tray, captioned: You see those ice cubes in your freezer?
“You see those ice cubes in your freezer?”
Creator accounts

@naomixtabs

A dedicated account, posting as a person who likes the product — not a brand channel.

@tabs.monica

Same brand, different face and different feed. Two of many — that is what makes the wall.

For Autopilot the format stays; the content changes. The hook is a filing, and every line in it comes off the approved claims sheet.
What we’d make first

Twenty videos we’d remake

Real videos that already worked in the category. Converting: a paid ad the brand has kept running 30+ days or in several versions, so it is likely paying back. Viral: organic reach well above that account’s usual. We take the viral hook and the converting ending. Numbers as of 21 Sept 2026.

convertingReaction Parrot Finance Running 90 days · multiple versions · original Hook: “Sharks said yes to this on national TV — now it’s available to everyday investors.” Our version: Borrowed-credibility open: press coverage of the Pelosi Tracker, then “now you can follow it too”.
convertingPhone-shot Alinea Running 54 days · multiple versions · original Hook: “Stock portfolios made for you, with a built-in AI researcher.” Our version: Screen-recorded product demo: pick a portfolio to follow, done in under 20 seconds.
convertingScreen recording Delta by eToro Running 334 days · original Hook: “Experience the easiest way to track your investments.” — 10-second app demo Our version: 10-second faceless cut: the tracker updating after a new filing. For the no-camera creator band.
convertingFaceless moby Running 66 days · multiple versions · original Hook: “You probably spend more time picking a Netflix movie than researching your portfolio.” Our version: Same relatable comparison, ending on “so let the disclosures do the research”.
convertingPhone-shot Wealthfront Running 48 days · original Hook: “Stagflation has been back in the news. What should investors know?” Our version: News-explainer format: “Congress just disclosed X. Here’s what that filing actually is.”
convertingPhone-shot Moomoo Running 33 days · multiple versions · original Hook: A creator to camera: “ATTENTION” on screen, then the offer in one breath. Our version: Creator to camera: “ATTENTION: Congress’s trades are public”, then how to see them. Phone-shot, one take.
convertingFaceless Stocks & Income Running 126 days · multiple versions · original Hook: Blurred office b-roll with big text: “Stocks & Income that fixes all three.” Our version: Faceless cut for the no-camera band: b-roll and a filing on screen, text hook, no voice. Built in CapCut in minutes.
convertingScreen recording Acorns Early Running 52 days · multiple versions · original Hook: Screen recording with a caption as the hook: “mom sets up a list of chores and how much I’ll earn.” Our version: Screen-record the tracker with a first-person caption: “a new filing just dropped, here’s where it shows up.”
convertingScreen recording paycheck2portfolio Running 53 days · original Hook: A screen-recorded dashboard with a caption over it: “Debt to dividends: escape the 9–5.” Our version: Screen-recorded tracker under a plain caption: “Every congressional filing, in one place.” No outcomes promised.
convertingScreen recording Investor’s Business Daily Running 258 days · multiple versions · original Hook: A hand-held phone showing the app, with a big text overlay: “starts here.” Our version: Hold a phone on the tracker showing a new filing, with one line of text over it. Nine seconds, no voice.
convertingFaceless Trading Tips Running 41 days · 3 versions · original Hook: Voice over b-roll: “An AI company landing million-dollar government contracts…” Our version: The same shape for the filings angle: b-roll and a voiceover reading a real public disclosure. State the fact, no view on the stock.
convertingReaction SmartNews Running 63 days · multiple versions · original Hook: A creator greenscreened over political news, caption: “THEY WRITE THE RULES.” Our version: Greenscreen over the public filing itself, caption: “Congress has to disclose its trades.” Neutral, no party, no opinion.
viralFaceless @unusual_whales 1.1M views · their other Pelosi posts 3.5K–60K · original Hook: “This is breaking news. Nancy Pelosi and her husband just purchased 10,000 shares of Nvidia.” Our version: 20-second “new filing just dropped” voiceover per disclosed trade, ending on the Pelosi Tracker.
viralReaction @austinhankwitz 1.6M views · 24K shares · his usual 12K–1.0M · original Hook: “Everyone’s favorite stock trader, Nancy Pelosi, has made some trades to start 2025.” Our version: Greenscreen walkthrough of the latest filing, ticker by ticker, noting the disclosure delay. No buy or sell calls.
viralFaceless @quiverquant 1.2M views · their usual 32K–168K · original Hook: “If you can’t beat them, JOIN EM’ 🤝” Our version: The same meme, cutting from congress-trading headlines to the tracker screen. It pairs with Autopilot’s own converting line.
viralFaceless @quiverquant 858K views · their usual 32K–168K · original Hook: Senate hearing clip: “I don’t want to turn Congress into a rich man’s club.” Our version: Stitch public hearing clips on the trading-ban debate with on-screen STOCK Act facts. Neutral, no performance claims.
viralReaction @world.shaker 2.6M views · his usual 8.7K–71K · original Hook: Greenscreen: a politician’s salary vs. their reported net worth Our version: Greenscreen over a public disclosure, salary vs. net worth, then how public filings are tracked.
viralPhone-shot Call to Leap (YouTube) 97.7K views · about 8× the channel median · original Hook: “Why is insider trading legal for Congress, but not for us?” Our version: Talking-head explainer on the STOCK Act’s 45-day disclosure rule and how filings become public.
viralReaction NowThis Impact (YouTube) 307K views · about 4.6× the channel median · original Hook: “Mike Johnson wants us to feel sorry for Congress members making $174,000.” Our version: React to a public clip with a neutral on-screen fact-check of the disclosure rules. No opinion on returns.
viralPhone-shot GenericArtDad (YouTube) 651K views · about 2.7× the channel median · original Hook: “Why can Congress trade stocks?” Our version: The same question as a cold open, answered with the STOCK Act rules and where filings become public.

“Converting” is inferred from how long a brand keeps paying for an ad. No one outside the brand can see its conversion data.

The content system

Four formats, posted in this order

New accounts start with what gets views, then move toward what converts.

Example: moby ade.g. moby
01 · Weeks 1–2

Story hook, no product

Pure niche stories. Warms the account and shows what sparks comments. The product goes in the replies.

ReachConversion
Example: Moomoo ade.g. Moomoo
02 · Weeks 2–4

Story hook, product named

The same stories with the product in the line. Converts better once part of the audience already knows the name.

ReachConversion
Example: Alinea ade.g. Alinea
03 · Week 3 on

Short hook, then demo

1.5–2.5 seconds of hook, then the app on screen. The best converter; needs many repeats to break out.

ReachConversion
Example: Wealthfront ade.g. Wealthfront
04 · Month 2 on

One-minute talking head

Hardest to make, highest conversion per view. Reserved for the creators who prove they can hold attention.

ReachConversion
One hook, four ways

Every winning hook gets rewritten from four perspectives and tested across creators. Twelve strong hooks × 5–6 variations each = 60–70 hooks in test at any time.

Other apps’ ambassadors

DM them with a clearer offer. They already understand deliverables. The shortlist below comes from here.

Campuses and referrals

Students learn fast and cost less; a small referral fee to current creators keeps the bench full.

Five filters, fewer each step
1Portfolio — three delivered assets plus retainer history
2Claims test — one brief from the approved sheet, scored on staying inside it
3Trial month — full deliverables, real deadlines, real review
4Score — reliability, craft and compliance at month end
5Retainer — winners continue; the rest are cut by name, in writing

Benchmark programs also ask for one demo video before any offer, and pay weekly so a weak start can be dropped fast.

Long term

What I learned running these programs

Affiliate works best as part of a mix.

On its own, about one in five creators take a commission deal, and they skew to smaller accounts, so reach stays modest. Paired with paid creators it extends reach at low cost.

Good creators are worth paying for.

The strongest ones charge for their work. Paying a base is what buys steady, reliable posting instead of whenever-they-feel-like-it.

They post when the product and the brand are right.

Creators show up when they like the product and the brand already has recognition. Autopilot has that third part handed to it — the tracker is known before anyone pitches it.

Let’s talk about the first ten →
