What the content actually looked like
Real posts from the Tabs roster. Most videos get a few hundred views; a few break out, and the average is carried by hit rate — which is why volume is the strategy.
Ten creators, added two a week — posting to their own accounts, from briefs we write, at most $15,000 a month fully loaded.
Same playbook, different category: I built and ran the creator engine at Tabs. The number below is organic reach across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube — not paid impressions.
My work for Tabs — many creator accounts posting about one brand act like a wall of organic search results.

Volume is the strategy. A roster posting weekly beats one big swing every month.
Not borrowed from a creator’s existing page — dedicated accounts, so the audience that gathers is Autopilot’s.
Plus a bonus on the videos that get real reach. Output you can count on, upside where it earns it.
Congressional filings are a story creators want to tell — that is the part most brands don’t have.

Cleared 9 of 10 drafts this week. One sent back for an off-sheet line, fixed within the hour. ✅
175M views, 200K+ downloads a month. Mostly students, $500 a month for 3 posts a week, $1,000 bonus for any video over 1M organic views.
268M views in 60 days from 20+ ambassadors telling first-person stories to camera.
116M views from 16 creators, US and Latin America from day one, each posting to TikTok and Instagram.

Instagram and TikTok to start, with X added for the filings-and-politics angle — the one place the Pelosi Tracker audience already lives. Two clips below in the format the engine produces: a hook in the first two seconds, shot on a phone, nothing that looks like an ad. Plus two of the Tabs creator accounts, running as themselves.
A dedicated account, posting as a person who likes the product — not a brand channel.
Same brand, different face and different feed. Two of many — that is what makes the wall.
Real videos that already worked in the category. Converting: a paid ad the brand has kept running 30+ days or in several versions, so it is likely paying back. Viral: organic reach well above that account’s usual. We take the viral hook and the converting ending. Numbers as of 21 Sept 2026.
“Converting” is inferred from how long a brand keeps paying for an ad. No one outside the brand can see its conversion data.
New accounts start with what gets views, then move toward what converts.
Pure niche stories. Warms the account and shows what sparks comments. The product goes in the replies.
The same stories with the product in the line. Converts better once part of the audience already knows the name.
1.5–2.5 seconds of hook, then the app on screen. The best converter; needs many repeats to break out.
Hardest to make, highest conversion per view. Reserved for the creators who prove they can hold attention.
Every winning hook gets rewritten from four perspectives and tested across creators. Twelve strong hooks × 5–6 variations each = 60–70 hooks in test at any time.
A registered adviser putting strangers on camera about investing is the whole risk. It is also why the claims library already exists in the packet — creators work from approved language, not from instinct.
Ships with the lines that are cleared and the lines that are not.
Approved claims only. No performance promises, ever.
One reviewer, a deadline, so compliance never stalls output.
Paid-partnership label plus the adviser disclosure, checked before it goes live.

Fastest route to a month-one cohort. Pay the fee, then move the good ones direct.
Where the audience already is. Screen hard for anyone giving advice rather than telling a story.
200k+ investors and the Pelosi Tracker following are the warmest creator pool there is.
Recruitment ads against creator audiences, pointed at the application page — the only channel we control the volume of.
DM them with a clearer offer. They already understand deliverables. The shortlist below comes from here.
Students learn fast and cost less; a small referral fee to current creators keeps the bench full.
Benchmark programs also ask for one demo video before any offer, and pay weekly so a weak start can be dropped fast.
People already doing this exact job for other apps: ambassadors running brand-named accounts for StudyFetch, CoupleJoy, Yope, TripBFF, Airbuds and Tabs. All under 2K followers, most with at least one breakout video. They know the workflow and the pay level. Each still goes through the five filters above. Numbers as of 21 Sept 2026.
Retainer pay for monthly production — 7 videos per creator per week, about 30 a month. Nobody clears $1,500, so ten creators costs at most $15,000 a month fully loaded, and that is the number every other line here is judged against.
At least half US, varied ages.
One US and one international added each month, holding that ratio.
Fee plus bonus for a US premium slot; $1,000 for every other band.
Whatever the fixed fee is.
Bonus = your band’s cap − fee. US premium cap is $1,500, every other band $1,000. A $500 retainer earns $500; an $800 premium retainer earns $700.
Estimate only: views = videos × median, breakouts counted at 10× the median, viral videos at 750K (the guide puts viral at 500K–1M views, for about 0.5% of videos).
Benchmarks from the Social Growth Engineers ambassador-program guide (June 2025), which documents apps running this model at scale.
Ten creators, added two a week — enough faces to cover the personas and enough volume that hook performance reads week over week instead of anecdotally, and one creator’s slow month doesn’t look like a trend.
Posting to their own accounts, on their own faces, from briefs we write.
Fully loaded, all ten — against an ad account spending that before lunch.
Each new account follows ~30 accounts in the niche and scrolls like a normal user for 24–48 hours before posting.
Shortlist, test briefs, claims training, lock the roster.
Test rule: the same video on 10 accounts. If 3 break out, the content works.
Ship weekly, score creators, whitelist the winners into paid.
Keep winners, replace weak slots, judge against the ceilings.
One sheet, every creator on it, sorted by cost per 1,000 views. Keep, watch or replace is decided from the numbers, not from how a video felt.

On its own, about one in five creators take a commission deal, and they skew to smaller accounts, so reach stays modest. Paired with paid creators it extends reach at low cost.
The strongest ones charge for their work. Paying a base is what buys steady, reliable posting instead of whenever-they-feel-like-it.
Creators show up when they like the product and the brand already has recognition. Autopilot has that third part handed to it — the tracker is known before anyone pitches it.
